GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS FOR STUDENTS STUDYING IN THE
BA IN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS PROGRAM

Graduation from the BA in International Business program requires the following:

    • Students must have completed all the core, compulsory elective, specialization, elective and criteria course requirements.
      Students of Years 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 will have achieved 6 ECTS credits in compulsory elective and 8 ECTS credits in specialisation elective courses apart from their core, specialisation core, elective and criteria courses.
      Students of Years 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 will have achieved 9 ECTS credits in compulsory elective economic foundation courses, 9 ECTS credits in compulsory elective social sciences courses and 17 ECTS credits in specialisation compulsory elective courses, apart from their core, elective and criteria courses.
    • Students of Year 2017 will have achieved 12 ECTS credits in international business elective courses, 6 ECTS credits in social science elective courses, 12 ECTS credits in elective courses (of which 4 ECTS credits have to be collected in foreign language courses), apart from their core and criteria courses.
    • Students must have achieved a minimum of 210 credits (including the Internship).
    • Students will have successfully completed the mandatory internship.
    • From June 2016 no foreign language proficiency exam is reguired for graduation. The BA in International Business degree is equivalent with a C1 (advanced) level general complex English language proficiency exam.
    • Students will have submitted and successfully defended a Thesis Work.
    • Students will have fulfilled all administrative and financial requirements towards the university.
