The BA in International Business at Corvinus University was designed for those young candidates who wish to enter an international business career. The aim of the programme is to provide you with practical business knowledge and a range of skills that will equip you to design your international business career. The programme combines studies in the major functions of business, with an international perspective on commercial strategies and operations. The program also considers the social, cultural and political dimensions of global business. The BA in International Business Programme is operated by a small management team. The functions and the people are the following.
PROGRAMME DIRECTOR
The Programme Director is the person who is in charge of the programme as a whole. Most of her work is done at a level you will not meet. She is the person who develops the academic content of your teaching programme – together with the Managing Director, Heads of Departments and managers of business life and under the supervision of the Dean.

PROGRAMME MANAGING DIRECTOR
The Programme Managing Director’s duty is to ensure the operation of the programme. He is responsible for most of the things at the executive level, including coordination, teaching methodology, student support and Quality Management. Besides all these things he takes part in the development of the programme. He is the person you should turn to in general academic issues related to the programme and in matters that the programme coordinator did not manage to help you in.

PROGRAMME COORDINATOR
The Programme Coordinator is the person in the programme management team you will most frequently meet. She is the person who is in charge of every day business and issues. If you have any questions, problems, if you need help in any business that is related to the programme – and is not a course unit issue, which is managed by the appropriate Department – she is the person who you can be sure will help you.
